Production Time

Advanced notice is the key....

 

All our fondant decorations are made to order and require 3-4 days to produce plus drying time, which is done once payment clears and order details are confirmed. With this in mind we recommend ordering 3 weeks in advance of planned event to ensure item is delivered in time.

Each piece is carefully handcrafted, which means no two pieces are ever the same; please allow for small variance in size/shape.

 

The actual item colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting when pictures are taken. 

Delivery and Packaging

 

 

Estimated delivery time, within Australia, is as follows: 

 

Regular Post 5-7 business days 

Express Post 2-4 business days (extra charge). 

 

Fondant toppers are fragile, we always take utmost care and package items to keep them safe. However we cannot guarantee what happens once its in the hands of Auspost, this is out of our control, therefore we are not responsible for any damages during transit.  

 

Local Pick up is also available for a small packaging fee. 

Ingredients and Allergies

Fancy Fondant makes every attempt to identify ingredients used. However there is always a risk of contamination as in our kitchen we use products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts and other nuts, sesame seeds and capsicum. Although we have strict contamination policies; we can not guarantee a total absence of these products. Customers with food allergies must be aware of this risk.

 

Fancy Fondant Cake Decorations shall not be liable for adverse reactions from items purchased and if consumed.

 

Although Fancy Fondant makes figurines out of food safe materials they may contain toothpicks and or dry spaghetti and therefore are not intended for consumption.

 

Fancy Fondant Cake Decorations shall not be liable for any accident, injury and subsequent claims due to items being consumed or the misuse of product. 

Repairs and Storage

When you receive your order please unwrap it very, very carefully-fondant is fragile.

 

If a piece does happen to break, it can usually be repaired with a small amount of water or icing.

 

If your received item seems soft, allow it to air dry for a couple of hours and it will harden up.

 

Your fondant topper can be stored in a cardboard box/container with a lid, in a cool and dry place at room temperature.

 

Keep away from moisture and exposure to sunlight and it will last for months.

 

NO refrigeration/ freezing as this will damage your decoration..
